HPAY (formerly PayLink)

HPAY at hartiibiome.com/hpay is Hartii's payment page (it was called PayLink until Biome 1.10.0). One panel, two tabs that share the same recipient / amount / memo fields:

• Send to @name — pay a Hartii @handle (or a pasted Quai address) directly from your wallet.
• Create a link — make a shareable payment link someone else opens to pay you.

HPAY never holds funds: your own wallet signs the transfer, and the only cost is the network gas, shown as an estimate on the confirmation card before you sign.

#Send to @name

1. Type a handle (@name) or paste a 0x… address, an amount and an optional memo.
2. The handle is resolved on-chain, read-only: HartiiProfiles.ownerOfName gives the owner and profileOf cross-checks it (HartiiProfiles 0x0015f71de1574c772B6815D25B233C065f42c896). Handles are normalised the way the contract does it: 3–16 characters, a–z, 0–9, _.
3. You see the checksummed address and the profile name before anything else. HPAY refuses unknown names, the zero address, Qi-ledger addresses, anything outside Cyprus-1, and ambiguous results.
4. A confirmation card (recipient, address, amount, fee estimate) comes before the wallet prompt. The send carries an explicit gas limit and the live gas price, and is reported as done only when the receipt returns status 1.

#Pre-fill links

https://hartiibiome.com/hpay?to=@name&amount=5 opens HPAY with the recipient and amount filled in. Every field is validated, and a link never sends on its own — the visitor still reviews and signs.

#Old PayLink URLs

/paylink and /paylink.html redirect permanently (301) to /hpay, keeping the query string, and payment links already shared as /pay.html?… keep working unchanged. On Hartii Gallery the same payment-link feature is still called PayLink and shares the payment code with HPAY (see Relay › How PayLink uses the relay).
