Play Hartii Games

This guide walks you through hartiigames.com from your first click to checking your result. You can play for free without a wallet. A wallet is only needed to appear on leaderboards, to enter paid runs and to claim prizes.

Who it's for: anyone new to browser games on Quai. You'll need: a desktop browser or a phone. A wallet is optional (see step 2). For paid entry you also need a little QUAI.

1. Open the arcade

Go to hartiigames.com. The home page features Hash Wars, a mining-defense game. On desktop the other games sit behind the Open free Arcade archive button (phones open it by default). Every card says FREE PLAY OPEN.

2. Connect a wallet (optional for free play)

  1. Press Connect Wallet (top right).
  2. On desktop, approve the request in the Pelagus browser extension. No extension? The button opens pelaguswallet.io so you can install it.
  3. On a phone, the button reopens the page inside the BlipPay in-app browser, which supplies the wallet.

After connecting, the button shows your shortened address. Click it to open your profile, where prize claims live.

3. Play for free

  1. Click a game card. A window titled with the game name asks Choose how you want to play.
  2. Press PLAY FREE (tag: "unlimited · leaderboard with wallet"). There is no stake and no limit on runs.
  3. Or press DAILY CHALLENGE: one shot on a seed shared by everyone that day.

The game loads and your run begins. When it ends your score is submitted. Scores are checked by replaying your recorded inputs on the server, so only genuine runs count.

4. Paid ranked entry (real money, optional)

Paid entry stakes a small amount of real QUAI. It is a controlled beta and can be switched off. At the time of writing (2026-10-06) the site's /api/config reported paid play as off, and the leaderboards page said "Paid ranked play is paused." When it is off you only see PLAY FREE and DAILY CHALLENGE. Only Hash Wars is set up for paid entry.

When it is on:

  1. Pick the game card. A stake panel shows five tiers: $0.01, $0.03, $0.10, $0.50, $2.00. Each button also shows the current QUAI amount ("≈ x QUAI"), converted from USD at the live price.
  2. Tick I confirm I am 18+ and that paid skill-gaming is legal where I live. (needed once per browser).
  3. Press a tier. If needed, connect your wallet, then approve one QUAI transaction.
  4. The site verifies the payment on-chain and starts your run. A status line shows progress.

What the money does, as the site states it: 75% of each paid entry is allocated to the prize pool and 25% is accounted as reserve. The top 3 players per tier win, weekly and monthly. Winners are settled by the owner's signature and then claim for themselves. The link See exactly where your entry goes opens the transparency page. Exact mechanics: Games contracts.

Costs and risks, plainly:

  • Your stake is spent when you enter. A score outside the top 3 of your tier wins nothing, and no prize is guaranteed.
  • You also pay a small network gas fee.
  • Only stake an amount you are comfortable losing.

5. Check your results

  • On a game card press TOP for that game's board. Tabs: Free, Daily, and (only while paid play is on) one tab per tier.
  • Leaderboards in the top menu shows every board.
  • For paid runs, a status panel lists each entry and whether its payment is pending or confirmed.
  • Won something? Click your address button, find Prize claims and press Claim, then approve the transaction. "No prizes to claim yet" means nothing is waiting.

Common mistakes

  • Wrong network. Games runs on Quai mainnet, Cyprus-1 (chain 9). Switch your wallet if asked.
  • No QUAI for gas. Add a little before a paid entry.
  • Payment pending. Look the transaction up on quaiscan.io first. Never send a second payment while the first is unconfirmed.
  • Entry rejected. The paid amount must be close to the tier's quote; use the amount the tier button shows.
