Airdrop to many wallets

This guide walks you through sending QUAI or a token to many wallets in one go, using hartiibiome.com/airdrop.

Who it's for: token creators and community organisers who would otherwise send dozens of separate transfers. Airdrop is beta: tested by the project's own tests, not independently audited. Start with a small test batch.

What you'll need

  • A Pelagus (desktop) or Blip (mobile) wallet on Quai Mainnet (chain 9).
  • A list of recipients: Quai addresses (starting with 0x00), with an amount each, or one amount for everyone.
  • QUAI for the amount you send (if sending QUAI), the service fee, and gas. Token airdrops need QUAI too, for the fee and gas, on top of the tokens.
  • For a token: the token's contract address. It must be a plain, standard token (no transfer tax, no rebasing).

Steps

  1. Open the page and connect your wallet in step 1 · Wallet.
  2. In 2 · Asset, choose QUAI or ERC-20 token. For a token, paste the Token contract address and press Read balance.
  3. In 3 · Recipients, add your list one of three ways:
    • Paste rows into Paste addresses or address, amount rows. Or paste only addresses and fill Same amount for all (optional).
    • Upload a CSV under More ways to add recipients (up to 10,000 rows or 2 MB).
    • Use Holders of a HartiiLabs token and press Load holder snapshot, then Use returned addresses. This list comes from an index and can be slightly out of date; if it is marked incomplete you must tick the acknowledgement box.
  4. Press Review airdrop. You will see each recipient and amount, the fee for every batch, and an estimated gas cost.
  5. Check everything, then tick I checked the asset, amounts, recipients, service fees and estimated gas.
  6. Token only: press Approve exact remaining amount. This is its own transaction and sends nothing; it allows exactly what is still to be sent, never more.
  7. Press Send batches. Your wallet asks for one signature per batch. Keep the tab open.

What you'll see

A Batch progress list with each batch's status and transaction link. When batches confirm, you can press Copy CSV for a per-recipient receipt. Start a new airdrop clears the plan.

Fees and limits

ItemValue
Flat fee1 QUAI per transaction
Per-recipient fee0.05 QUAI per recipient
Max recipients per transaction500

Example: 100 recipients cost 1 + (0.05 x 100) = 6 QUAI in fees, plus gas. A list of more than 500 splits into several transactions, and each pays its own 1 QUAI flat fee. The page reads the current fee from the contract, so trust the number on the review screen if it differs. Network gas is separate.

Common mistakes

  • Qi address in the list. The row is refused with "Qi ledger addresses cannot receive this airdrop. Use a Cyprus-1 Quai address." Fix the row (it should start with 0x00).
  • One bad recipient cancels the whole batch. Every batch is all-or-nothing. Earlier confirmed batches stay sent; fix and resend only the failed one.
  • Conflicting duplicates. The same address with two different amounts is rejected. Identical duplicate rows are merged.
  • Unsupported token. Tokens that take a fee on transfer, rebase, or don't return true fail.
  • Wrong network. Switch your wallet to Quai Mainnet (chain 9).
  • Not enough QUAI. Fees and gas are paid in QUAI even for token airdrops.
  • Stalled or pending. The plan is saved in this browser. Reopen the page with the same wallet and press Check receipts / resume review. If a signature's outcome is unknown, find the transaction hash in your wallet history, paste it under Unknown batch transaction hash (from your wallet) and press Check matching transaction. Check Quaiscan first. Never start a second plan to retry; you could pay people twice.
