Before any guide: you need a Quai wallet — Pelagus on desktop or the Blip app on your phone — set to Quai Mainnet, with some QUAI for the amount plus network gas. Every transaction is signed in your own wallet; Hartii never holds your keys. If something stays pending, check it on quaiscan.io before trying again — never send a payment twice blindly.
